The Superior Court of Los Angeles will hold a hearing March 25, 2024 in case no. 20STHC00001, to review jurisdiction and venue and merits for Ordering Norway to return the abducted children. Further, Norway is encouraged to settle the Civil Rights suit Rosasen v. Norway, to deter immunity for abductions, torture & killings under U.S. FSIA laws!

I the founder of UFRI had my twins children abducted to Norway from the United States by falsely accusing me of such. I refer to the Netflix movie Mrs. Chatteerje vs. Norway for understanding of how Norway has ruined its reputation internationally.
Hopefully once the United States stops to help Norway hide and gets onboard with public shaming, can these human rights abuses become a thing of the past! It’s UFRI goal for 2024 to be reunited with D.T.R. and L.A.R. and make sure that from now on they are no longer held hostages to Norway’s foreign policy interests as is the situation since 2019 until today! UFRI and most Americans until reading this, never knew that Norway was and is in the business of kidnapping children. But, it’s a fact and UFRI asks that you share these facts with others to help bring about a end to these crimes against humanity.

Norway on April 19, 1988, on August 24, 2021 a Civil Rights lawsuit was filed against Kingdom of Norway in Los Angeles with case no. CDCA 21-cv-06811, under the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976 (FSIA), 28 U.S.C. §§ 1330, 1332, 1391, 1441, and 1601–1611. The Commercial Activities Exemption and the tortious activities exemption for 7 Causes of Actions, conspiracy to kidnap, not offering equal protections under the law, judicial deception and violations of Civil rights, but not limited too. Instead of retaining Counsel, as seen in screenshot, Norway decided to shut down its Consulate in San Francisco, CA and Embassy in Washington DC between September 16 to 24, 2021. It has not since retained counsel or facilitated for access. Unfortunately this is not the first time Norway has been sued under FSIA for abducting children from the United States. In the case of Rosasen v Norway, the wrongful retention of DTR and LAR violates Federal Judgement, Norway treaty obligations, the UN Universal Declaration on Human Rights, the European Convention on Human Rights (“ECHR”) and both the United States and Norwegian Constitution.
